In this book, we take a sneaky detour outside to the family BBQ, the center of all things yummy and historically not-so-good-for-you meals. In the warm weather months, I loosen my sneaky mask to reveal an abundance of fresh, seasonal, mouth-watering ingredients, simple to make and enjoy with family and friends.
To grill steak: Preheat an outdoor grill (or indoor grill pan) to medium-high, brush or wipe the grill grates with oil. Remove the steak from the bag; discard the excess marinade.
